About Me
About me
I never planned om becoming a coach.

In fact, for a long time, I was chasing something completely different — the kind of “success” that looked great on paper but felt hollow inside.
I wasn’t miserable. I was just… going through the motions. Workdays blurred together. I didn’t feel excited about what I was doing, but I kept showing up — because that’s what you do, right? On to the next goal. The next deadline. The next “milestone.”
And then came a pause I didn’t expect. For the first time in my life, I had the space to not rush. To not achieve. To just… be. It was strange — and wonderful.
Suddenly, I was spending slow mornings with my little boys. I was setting the rhythm of my day. I could feel how precious this time was — how fast they grow, how fleeting these moments are. And yet… somewhere in the background, there was this pressure. A quiet voice whispering, “You should be doing more. Getting back to work. Keeping up.”
I was technically free. But not fully free. That’s when I found coaching — or maybe, it found me.
I had always known that meaningful conversations gave me energy. But I had no idea how powerful they could be when done with presence, depth, and purpose. Coaching showed me what it’s like to really listen — to others, and to myself. It helped me remember who I was underneath the striving.
And now? I help other women come back home to themselves, too.
